How to order

To place an order, contact us by email, WA or phone. Inform us the quantity, size, pattern and/ or color of your choice. Simply ask for a quotation by providing us the requested information so that we can create an accurate estimate, usually sent back to you on the same day or the next working day.
As we have and extensive tile design collection of over 750 cement tile patterns available in our workshop. We can imagine you need some help/ guidance. Therefore, if you cannot find the right tile pattern or design, don’t hesitate to submit pictures of the tiles you want, or if you would like us to make a bespoke pattern, please send your request by email and we should be able to give you an answer within a day.
After you have chosen your tile, we make a quotation and give you a time estimate for completing the tile order. You check the quotation and if all is good, to validate your order, you only need a 50% deposit of the total amount, along with a signed copy of your quotation. If this is done within 7 working days, we will confirm the finishing date of your order.
The remaining 50% of the order is paid when the tiles are picked up here at our workshop or delivery to your project or when the Cargo company is picking up the tiles for shipment.

All our cement tiles are made-to-order and are final sale. Lead time is approximately 4 to 16 weeks. However, lead times may vary, and delays are possible due to circumstances beyond our control. (In the event of a delay, we are not responsible for postponed installation, lost work time, or altered construction timelines)
